The Alliance Française French Film Festival is a highly anticipated and extremely popular event on the Australian cultural calendar.
The Alliance Française French Film Festival will return to Palace Cinemas from early March, 2017, with an exceptional array of contemporary French cinema guaranteed to delight, stimulate and indulge.The 2017 festival will present a truly thrilling line-up featuring the best French and indeed, worldwide acting talents and will screen nationally throughout our glamorous cinema locations.
With a record national attendance of 133,000+ cinema goers in 2013 and 40,000+ in Sydney, it is not only the biggest foreign film festival in Australia; it is also the largest celebration of French films outside of France. Now in its 28th big year, in 2017 screenings will take place in Sydney City from 7 – 30 March, Casula Powerhouse and Parramatta, as well as Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart, Brisbane and Perth.
