in the layers:
~ 2 white onions
~ 200 g marinated Latvian herring (from European Bazaar Shop)
~ a layer of mayo
~ 3 eggs
~ 1 small parsnip root shredded
~ 2 carrot roots shredded
~ a layer of mayo
~ 2 medium white potatoes shredded
~ three small beets shredded
~ a layer of mayo
~ green onion for deco
- the already made shuba from European Bazaar Shop is a bit different in taste but is also very very delicious plus you save time!
we eat with Latvian rye bread - it is so sweet (probably made with honey) - I only tried a couple of pieces - Alex asked me to leave the rest of the loaf for him - and usually he does not eat bread. you can buy varieties of rye breads at the #EuropeanBazaarShopfrom 1000am till 0900pm.
I also made fresh raw salad and served with cheeses and tomato juice for dinner. The European Bazaar Shop has a variety of juices: natural pomegranate, cherry and strawberry - all made in European style.
