I think I already mentioned this to our media crew but I will repeat the message: if you raised your hand to attend a particular event as our media crew representative you will take full responsibility for this review/press release to be delivered on time (the release should be available to our readers no later than 1 week after the event unless discussed prior that it might take a bit longer time). If you changed your mind, have suddenly another priorities or got some urgent engagements that you need to attend on the day of your booking this is your full duty and sole responsibility to find a trusted substitute that will attend on your behalf and deliver the press release on time. In case this does not happen you will be banned from any further collaborations, benefits and any further assignments with our media crew. I hope you also understand that it takes me heaps of my own personal time to find the right event and the people who are willing to assist us in our work, to get the access, to apply for the media passes/accreditation, to advertise the event across all our websites and social media, to write the endless email chains etc etc - it involves hours of work that is happening behind the scenes. I also believe that this is our Club high reputation that such "occurrences" take place very rarely. I am a naturally tolerant person but I also have some limits where I can excuse or not excuse. Lame excuses can be read through very easily and will never be accepted. Just lately because of the number of events we get engaged into the above mentioned became an unspoken rule somehow but I guess it should be pronounced out loudly. Thank you for understanding. Regards, Natasha
