Lia Scallon / Lia Scallon - Sounds of Sirius
Today's review of the composer's on albums
1. CRYSTAL KEYS
2. Starsong
review by Susie O'Day-Cashmere
In this fast paced world we live in and busy lives we lead, it's a must to take time out to relax and unwind. Lia Scallon's brilliant albums "Crystal Keys" and "Starsong" are just the soundtrack to help us achieve this. Lia is one of eight siblings from a sleepy little village in country Ireland. She started acting at eleven years of age and quickly joined the ranks of freelance actors in the thriving Theatre Dublin famous for such stars as @CateBlanchett, Liam Neeson and Glenn Close.
She struggled with her health and so began a soul searching journey in which she discovered a skill in composing sacred songs. Songs bringing comfort to herself and those who frequented her healing practice in Sydney. Since her first album "Sounds of Sirus" in 2002, Lia has released eleven albums.
Her voice is quite frankly beautiful and on the stunning album "Crystal Keys", she is accompanied by outstanding musicians including David Jones, Mark Mannock, David Hudson and Nigel Pegrum.
The tracks on this album include.
Pearl
Sapphire
Amethyst
Smokey Quartz
Citrine
Clear Quartz
Emerald
Ruby
Gold and
Diamond.
All tracks are simply beautiful and a treat to listen to. Relaxing, and at the same time giving off positive energy vibes. There are channeled messages that makes one feel at peace and alive at the same time.
You can feel the magic listening to this album and I highly recommend it for anyone needing some relaxing and positivity in their lives. Even with out the health benefits, listening to this pitch perfect artist is magical in itself. The second album is called “Starsong” and it is the same style of music: beautiful, relaxing and uplifting.
