cooking Pomegranate-Walnut Salad using as promised the recipe from the book Yallateef! by #MarwaMakool @marwamakool
I am publishing my snaps step by step and the final photos.
ingredients (slightly changed for this recipe):
200g salad leaves
100g walnuts
200g chopped tomatoes
small bunch sliced red radishes
seasoning:
1 tbs pomegranate molasses ( can buy at Oasis AU Bakery shop)
1 tbs balsamic fig vinegar (Oasis)
1 tbs hibiscus finishing vinegar (Oasis)
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp no salt salt
1 tsp sumac (Oasis)
pomegranate seeds (I used raspberries for decoration as my pomegranate turned to be not that good inside) , mint and radish for decor
the mixture fresh vegetables is placed in the bowl and seasoning is added
ready in no time
I gave it 9/10. It is some sensational flavor fireworks in your mouth indeed
