ingredients (slightly changed for this recipe):
3 cups of whole full cream milk
1/2 cup cow milk cream
2 tbs fine semolina ( can be bought at Oasis AU Bakery)
2 tbs rice flower (Oasis)
1/2 tsp orange blossom water (Oasis)
to garnish and decorate:
pomegranate syrup (grenadine)

1 tbs orange blossom syrup
1 tsp of goji berries soaked for a week in Napoleon cognac (instead of cranberries)
1/2 tsp sugar powder
milk and cream are warmed up and then added semolina and rice flour, sugar and orange blossom water. the mixture is then placed in fancy glasses with grenadine syrup on the walls of the glass and garnished with nuts and berries
takes time and care to make the right milk and cream mixture with full attention ti the boiling mixture not to get burned and to be looked after with carre
I gave it 8/10. I love the nuts on the top the most
ingredients:
2 tsp ground lebanese coffee (recommended by Eddie, the owner of the Oasis)
two pods of cardamon
2 tsp of brown raw sugar
the water is boiled first then the dry ingredients are added and boiled with froth to come up three times, set aside to get more flavours and served. the coffee was delicious. it is coffee after all.
