sneak peek from today's Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE2017) at Melbourne Showgrounds (the review, the video and the proper photos are coming up soon):
- the Milkadamia - Aus man SHOULD be happy otherwise his milk will get sour;
- the Byron Bay Cookies go down with anything - the challenging contest is just a part of the game that we loved to play;
- the Bodum girls ARE generous as their cuppas;
- oh... and those Parmalat yuuuummmmm toasted cheese bread... with PAULS - MILK - sometimes I think we should get a cow too so envy I am of the taste of their milk... ;
- Zest Coffee, Cafe and Catering had the best deserts displays - they are the art in the world of food and temptations;
- and last but not least: you should know: the expo is full of coffee Kings and you will ask: how would I recongnise them? simple as one-two-three count for the milk froth on your latte: they always appear on your way in the groups of four! why? just because the are Kings: spades, clubs, hearts and those that are girls' best friends - just diamonds!
 - that's it folks!

"Dance is the hidden language of the soul"
~ Martha Graham
We have been dancing since humans have walked on the planet. For many of us dance is more than something we do, it is who we are. United We Dance is a spectacular multicultiral dance showcase featuring a unique program of diverse artists and performers. The show is an opportunity for us to celebrate our diversity and share the universal joy of dance.

The first successful with the tickets sold out event of #UnitedWeDance last year featured more than 30 artists from Australia and overseas and was in support of a very worthy cause- Asha HerSpace. This time we thought our dancers and artists, creators and change-makers are a worthy cause too!! We want to give back to our passionate and talented dancers and performers who play such a vital role in society. However, we would still like to put a spotlight on a local charity PTW: Positively Transforming World a volunteer-run organisation that focuses on health and education.

Now, in it's second year, we are delighted to present a vibrant program of professional dance performances including #HipHop / #Urban, #Bollywood, #Samba, #Flamenco, #Bellydance, #ContemporaryIndianDance and more. We bring together dance styles, artists and performers from a variety of different cultures in an extravagant display of talent and skill!

Somewhere deep in the Australian outback is a lone dingo, frantically searching for her Mum.
Fresh from both the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne Fringe Festivals, A Dingo Ate My Baby is everything about being an Aussie and being a woman (i.e. being a chicky babe in da outback.)
Louisa Wall takes you on a journey through both the sublime and the mundane: Akubras and sequins, dingoes and divas, bogans and burlesque. Complete with an original score, Louisa is a piano playing, loop pedalling, solo clarinet, tap dancing, and impromptu rapping machine. Delve into a world of dangerous dingoes, giant babies, regrets and #noregrets all wrapped up in a fat, hearty dose of Straya. BYO crocs and wraparound sunnies, and we’ll see you in the bush!

Alliance Française French Film Festival, Alliance Française de Melbourne, Palace Cinemas and #NedAndCo Publicity present a new biographical movie called L'Odyssée ( #TheOdyssey)
From 1949 to 1979, thirty years in the life of captain Jacques Cousteau, the famous researcher, scientist, inventor, filmmaker whose greatest achievement is to have made the general public more curious - and accordingly closer - to the sea. A genius, a leader of men and a charismatic opinion maker, J-Y Cousteau was not without defects, his being unfaithful to ever-supportive wife Simone for example or else his vainglory..., but let him who is without sin cast the first stone. The spectator leaves #Cousteau in mid-1979 at the worst time of his life: his favorite son, Philippe, has just died in the crash of a plane he was piloting. The dashing conqueror of the sea has suddenly become a broken old man, tempted to discouragement but his eldest son Jean-Michel is by his side to help him overcome his grief and go on with his mission.
