The ultimate stage show experience, led by the one and only Justin Williams, 2023 Champion of Australia's hit TV show BLOW UP! is set to premiere at The Athenaeum Theatre, Collins Street Melbourne from September 18 to 23. The internationally renowned Showmen Productions (behind The Greatest Magic Show! and CIRCUS • The Show) proudly presents ‘Justin’s BIG Balloon Show’ starring Justin Williams and his special guest performers from their globally touring shows!
With non-stop entertainment from start to finish and high energy special guest performances, this 60 minute performance is bursting
with grand #illusions, thrilling #circus stunts and, of course, Justin’s signature BIG balloon creations from the big screen that have to be
seen to be believed. In the show, the audience can expect to be taken on a journey by Justin into his discovery of balloons, magic and circus, and how that inspired him to be where he is today performing on some of the biggest stages in the world!
Intimate performance pieces will seamlessly blend with large, grand scale illusions and audience participation throughout means
everybody is involved in the balloon spectacle that will unfold! Balloons will magically fly across the theatre, gigantic balloon
sculptures will appear from nowhere, Justin will attempt a thrilling circus stunt by juggling dangerous objects on a board resting on
four balloons set to pop at any point, plus prizes for the audience throughout!
Joining him for special guest segments of the show will be Sam Hume from The Greatest Magic Show as the duo presents one of

Join Benn Bennett, Bec Matthews and Sarah Ward in a night of Kate Bush singles, B sides & rarities. In 2014, Benn Bennett quit his job and flew to London to watch Kate Bush in concert.
Eight years later, Stranger Things are happening. Kate Bush is topping the charts. Benn Bennett, Bec Matthews (Queen Kong and The HOMOsapiens) and Sarah Ward (Yana Alana) invite you into Benn’s loungeroom, as they perform songs from his collection of Kate Bush favourites, including singles, B sides and other rarities.
‘Up Late With Kate’ follows on from Benn’s two previously sold-out Kate Bush tribute shows in 2011 and 2012. This trilogy is performed by the trio that brought you the cabaret show ‘Occasional Suburban Witch’, for which they received a Best Cabaret Ensemble Green Room Award in 2016. Benn, Bec and Sarah have shared the stage together, from Footscray to the Seychelles, as well as all across Melbourne.

It is 1879. Giuseppe Verdi, Italy’s greatest and most beloved composer, has not written an opera for nearly a decade. What is to be done? Verdi's closest associates, publisher Giulio Ricori and conductor Franco Faccio are determined to get the Maestro working again.
With the aid of Verdi's wife, Giuseppina, they conspire to team him with the brilliant operatic wordsmith, Arrigo Boito, and the greatest tragic opera ever written - Otello - is conceived. But trouble is looming. Boito hasn't always had nice things to say about Verdi. And at 66 years of age, the man himself isn't sure he can cut it anymore. Who said art was easy?
