"OH YEEEEEE BABY!"
this is exactly what I felt yesterday when got a call from the marketing department of one of the leading luxury car companies! not only that - the questions that I was asked basically made my day (forever!):
as we are so very happy to accommodate your needs can you please tell us
- what colors you need
- how many cars you require
- what car specifications are you after exactly as we might need to do the search for you
- what date you are filming
- what is the location as we might need to hire a tow track for your delivery to the location
- if we need to give you the drivers or you will have your own
and the list went on
I was also sent a very warm message... and this was all after my last 3 years of chasing such an amazing opportunity...
I am talking now with my friends who know cars what to get .... the film idea will also blow you away.. the project will be associated with Melbourne Cup and races. the project will feature hats and will require our best models. Please stay tuned... We want this project to be surrounded by celebrities and big names due to its scale
This call almost got me healed apart from my night coughing...
Finally I got a response on this project (in the post below) I was waiting for for more than a year...
We are joining forces with an amazing Russian artist whose creative mind I value a lot.
Lots of new and absolutely different ideas for the front cover magazine shoots will be coming up and we get our schedule ready two years ahead now... Sometimes it is good to get sick, stay in bed, think and sleep, think and sleep, have a phone next to you and talk to creative people who forget to have dinner during our three hours talk with a sudden: "oj, it is 1100pm already... I can hardly say good bye..." I can only now look back and see that what we have done so far was amazing and looked as gorgeous flowers to me but I ma waiting for the ripe fruit.
anyway, the concept will blow your mind away, the images will inspire and enrich you... stay tuned please!...
I am also so glad for it is my second breath this year...
ATTENTION TO ALL CREATIVE MINDS: photographers, actors, designers, writers, models, artists, stylists, MUAHs, artistic directors...and much more
there is an incredible book soon to be published by Simon & Schuster Australia called The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows
The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a compendium of #InventedWords written by a freelance designer from Minnesota currently living with his wife in Amsterdam #JohnKoenig . Each original word and its definition aims to fill a hole in the language-to give a name to emotions we all might experience but don't yet have a word for.
http://www.dictionaryofobscuresorrows.com/ The author has a ferocious curiosity about the art and science of being human, especially language, mythology, poetry, and the natural world. His dictionary has been acclaimed by New York Magazine, Washington Post Express, author John Green, blogger Jason Kottke, and the guys from Radiolab Podcast. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26JK_Xw_laQ
what I have in mind with all my love and hate for words: John's thoughts are very good for the artistic inspiration. the word for this month is #Lutalica
The Part of Your Identity That Doesn't Fit Into Categories https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tz1PNIOQsFs
ANNOUNCING COMPETITION on the best high fashion/avant garde style photograph or set of photographs that will fit into the category "Lutalica". The photos should be artistic, new and striking. We publish the best photos in our magazine to share with our readers.
The due date for submission is 18 March 1200pm. The works should be sent in the form of an attachment or a dropbox link with the full list of credits to accompany it to email@example.com . Your photos should be a work of art in fashion - each image though should like it could be a part of a collective story. I would also like to hear your story of inspiration - please make it 2-3 sentences short and sweet.
This first small step will be our "rose trial grounds" for the future bigger step.

PROFILE 7: HEALER AND ONE OF THE FOUNDERS OF BRC: NED VORKAPIC
If there is an appropriate expression than he is a God Father of the Club.
We were told many stories about him and his healing abilities back 18 years ago... but we met finally in 2000 when Andrei phoned Ned the first time and talked with him for just 3 min. He hanged up and told me: "I spoke with him as if he was my friend for many years as if I knew him before". He felt the "connection" immediately. The same night I had a 'dream' more like an astral projection and I saw Ned. He was a small guy who looked like Paul Mauriat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9FYD1dlw4E I woke up in the middle of the night and I started writing a short story about time-space travelling. I could not stop writing till I finished - my hand would not "give up".
We met the day after and yes, he looked exactly as I saw him. He spent one day with Andrei weekly and gave him "homework" or what to work on in the next week, some tasks so to speak. Andrei and I would have one new task every week. He changed Andrei's life forever. The understanding came slowly but surely: to change himself, to love what he has next to him and to concentrate on the positive sides of life, to surround yourself with the happy people and to turn into ones... Our lives changes into a party: we enjoyed every moment of it, they were the best years: of learning and discovering the spiritual part of ours - the journey was bottomless. Suddenly the Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays vanished - there were no names of the day weeks anymore, there were no labels on anything. It was the first time I felt unconditional love. He was more than a father to me: he was a dearest friend who was as close as a father so he was for Andrei.
I wrote so many newspaper articles about Ned since that time nevertheless I can not use enough paper to say all I want to say about him: I do not remember the names and the years the articles were published. But let's proceed in order.
God Father included guidance. Ned was basically my (and Andrei's) first spiritual teacher with many more to follow but he was the first who spent 1-2 hours with me personally weekly asking questions, giving us books to read, sending us websites and links to the articles to follow. He worked with me guiding my journey: he gave me "objects" in my hands that belonged to other people and asked me to "read" the information from them. He showed me photos of living and diseased people and asked me what do I see... I saw nothing to be honest but I tried my best. He started taking me to his patients and we traveled at that time from house to house for "healing sessions". I was fascinated. I practiced on Andrei too and we had such a breathtaking experiments that are way too long to describe here and even if you hear them you would not believe a word and call me the crazies of all. Suddenly my astral travelling became more precise and more conscious they started to be controlled, I was able to "see" now just by my own command. I "went out of my body" with purposes to heal and "came back" successfully fulfilling my missions. I would not always recall or could hardly recall what was happening "in the astral" but I would always came back with the feeling of "completeness" and "experience" of the completed mission. What Ned was trying to achieve with me was done I trust: I became a very perceptive channel and my intuition was scaring me to the point when I would just think about something important or how to achieve a certain goal and "the phone would ring" - that was the effect of the immediate materialisation of my thought forms.
Ned was our (and my ) first spiritual teacher and what the best teachers usually do? Right! They make their students independent of them. They let them go. They give them the torch, the skis and the flags and they let them travel on their own. The best teacher never makes his students stay with them forever. He gives them the best gifts and leaves them. So was with Ned's unconditional love. Love never clings. If you love someone you let him go. This is the best expression of love: letting go. The freedom. That was the journey. We read and read and read. We thought and thought and thought. Our thoughts lead us to the best learning experiences and best materialisations of those thoughts. One day Andrei told me: " Is it so interesting; though I am terminally ill but I am happier now than when I was healthy. It is an eye opening as I believe that now I am healthy when I got all the knowledge I could embrace and I know the purpose of my life compared to the past time when I was actually blindly sick with ignorance because I did not know anything about myself"
In 2000 Ned said to Andrei: "you got so much knowledge now guys and so many people visit you to listen to your "wisdoms". You should start running meditation classes at your place and invite speakers from the outside - for them share what they achieved" . So that was the beginning of BRC. The name was given by our favorite song. The classes were run fortnightly and Ned was only once a speaker (the third after Andrei's lecture on "Five Rites" and mine on "Astral Travelling") - Ned spoke on "The Healing Powers Of Love" - that's all that I remember. The club had 8 members at the start who wore the pure clear crystals on their chests. We walked the streets like secret white guardian agents attracting the attention of the spectators asking: "are you some sort of a cult or new religion?" which made us all laugh. Ned changes lives: ours became happier and we learned very very fast - we did not have much time... In three months there were 300 people on my "invites by email" list and it grew . The gatherings brought together up t0 100 people at our house monthly. The lectures were intense so were the meditations. Popular. We were called a kingdom...really! Ned never missed one single gathering. The lecturers became more and more interesting as we met more and more new people. My "schedule" though was all busy for the next two years ahead and waiting people in queue wanting to talk in front of our grateful listeners.
The part two started when my best half stepped into a different realm of reality. Ned became closer and so supportive I would not find anyone else whom I would wake up in the middle of the night, make a phone call at 0300am or 0500am, hear "I was expecting your call" and tell where I flew or who would scare the "bad spirits" who were hiding under my bed and annoying my sleep at night. Ned was the one who collected all my tears from friends and men that I met along the way, he was the one to forgive me for everything, even the bad mistakes, cheer me up and encourage, care and love.
Ned is special. He is like no one else. He is the only one Ned on this planet. He is my best friend still and my second father. He is strange but you will feel the warmth with the first word you start to speak with him. This is only if he wants to do it with you - to open up with you... If he seems cold - this is what he wants you to feel and he distance himself from you. He is afraid of men. His best friends are women. He had the only male fried in his life: Andrei after all and I trusted Ned and his life wisdom. He did not have many male friends as his philosophy leans towards a tender female world rather than a rude and logical world of masculinity and power. He believes that femininity is the salvation. Silence and balance.
Ned supports me in everything I start because of his unconditional love It is not towards me. It is just inside of him. You will understand if you know. He feels it towards everyone. If you love someone it is not the person or about the person it is more about yourself and what is inside yourself that you express. It enriches and i respect it. Ned taught me a lot. He taught me to carry this love in my heart and give it to the ones who lack it.... but only if they would understand but they never do... perhaps they never will... but even this does not matter as finally this world is not about them - it is about You. This is what i was taught. It is not about what they feel, think and know. It is about You.
Ned has been a part of me, one of the best-est and most colorful parts. No matter where we are with him now - his heart is always in my deeds, in this Club and its growth and development (less he imagined it to be... but it turned into something much bigger than he would imagined and as he tells me: "in the right hands best ideas flourish" and I am carrying this thought with me while I open the other pages of our collective creation: which is there and it is not as it is all virtual like this reality too... )
I started writing a story about time-space traveling a night before we met Ned. That was a long stellar journey of 18 plus years. Andrei has passed away but with Ned's ideas he (knowing that) made a healing revolution: it was Bohemian Rhapsody, the third child of ours that was established and it is still blossoming with the best people gathering around it and supporting its healing (creative) energy for many. After all: “A true artist is not one who is inspired, but one who inspires others.” Ned's small experiment with us that works now for so many and inspires so many...
I will only mention one more and last drop of rain: spirituality is good and very healthy for your soul and we all can learn it (I proved it knowing nothing and starting it from zero that day to day practice, exercises and discipline can make you a perceptive channel like many of the greatest masters of all times... there is no one who would not learn it and open up - only if the right teacher is around and you are ready) - Ned is very grounded too: he sings (and he likes Russian songs for their engaging tunes) , he likes a good full of soul guitar, he laughs at (my) good jokes, he likes to eat heart warming food, he likes his wines and his beautiful women who surround him in flocks because he is not faking his happiness. - he is like all of us, everyone of us , he is just an ordinary (and sometimes very stupid) guy who was born in the "ex-and-now-dead-Yugoslavia", in one of Zagreb's villages from a Croatian butcher and his Serbian wife. His life is simple to the extend of one bedroom very small but very cozy apartment in the housing commission building. The flat that fits a universe, a cosmos called Ned. He is a God Father.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLmHnVetmoc

drinking hot coffee at Cafe E Parkmore.July 4 at 2:11 PM · Keysborough ·
Probably the best coffee I had in a while at Cafe E Parkmore, the taste is slightly bitter slightly sour slightly nutty and slightly sweet. Just super sensational , I almost screamed and scared my coffee friend next to me !!! They use organic beans exclusively . As I complimented the owner , Mr Trung who is originally from Saigon , he sold us the bag of the beans they buy from the roasters for the whole sale price $30 and invited our club to have a small coffee party at his shop . What I liked about the drink was not the result : a slight mood raiser but rather the experience of having it !
Thank you, our cafe e now with the owner who has a rich and noble look too but he honestly said he is not from an aristocratic family 🙂
Sometimes you discover treasures not where you dig but in unexpectedly lucky places 🙂 ( and this is true what is yours comes to you naturally and easily and you do not have to work hard on it ; if you feel you need to put too much and extra efforts in achieving something - it is simply not yours... remember: "“Life was never meant to be a struggle, just a gentle progression from one point to another, much like walking through a valley on a sunny day.” ) -
plus very kind and generous people own it from what I observed for some months drinking coffees from there ! It’s never about what you give but how you do it also matters !
we started with them back in 2009...
first one was run at QV at our friend's coffee shop called Coffee Bean and it was a great success, We ran "Master And Margarita" label show and had around 50 people attending and seating at the coffee tables having mini cakes and coffees - part of the deal wit the owner. We had spectators stopping by, glued to and watching through the tallest glass windows on what we were doing... We did not have professional models at that time (just friends catwalking) nor we knew where and how to find them... The one you see below was the first fashion run that was photographed and had a pole dancer and the lingerie showcase.
It made lots of noise in 2012 and responses and I found after all how to find professionals for coverage; lots of people wanted to assist us in organising, make up and modeling.
We made and lost friends of the way... but the true ones who loved and respected us for all we did no matter how crazy it was remained with us ... I am also very glad o see how more and more new friends I meet now on the way who ALWAYS believed in us ( :) ) - more of them join with the number of views we have online...
"but" and "and" I am so proud with what we achieved so far...
I closed the club for one year twice since that time as I ran out of energy - I wanted to close down last year and just recently as I thought I ran out of inspiration , ideas and got bored with the same things taking place again and again.. less I knew myself - there is always a second breath, third breath, a fantastic turn "around the corner" to something new and exciting etc... I am probably running my last photoshoot this Thursday if it ever will take place as I feel very low on energy - if not - then I have done with the small ones for ever!
what do we have on the plate for you soon, this year?
~ the fashion shows in the style you have never seen before
~ a pageant coming up in October and the venue is booked already!
~ an overseas fashion showcase (still a secret but soon to be revealed)
~ unfortunately our print magazine has to wait till I have enough dedicated people who will be happy to help me out with this venture...
~ our own TV channel (still a secret how and what - not to be revealed yet)
my fav Matchbox sings it all:
"Had a boogieman under my bed
Putting crazy thoughts inside my head
Always whispering, "It's all your fault"
He was telling me, "No, you're not that strong" "
but my ears have hard time understanding his words... more to that: he is always lying ...

BTS: RACHAEL AND DEAN'S WEDDING 1 JULY 2018.
· Dearest Rachael and dean thank you so so so much for your trust in us and for such an amazing opportunity to meet your families and to be part of your very special celebration . I was touched with everything : how you put so much effort in small details and decorations, nice music, great location , how you had time to thank everyone and to make it so significant for all of us !
I loved the sense of humor your speeches were written with, I was so moved with your finest feelings for each other and was so pleased to see how your family values were all praised and treated highly !
We all touched the lives of each other just a little perhaps but I felt that I found out that day so much about you and I am very grateful I had this chance .
My day was blessed months ago when I opened my Facebook page and saw Bella E La Bestia Bridal beautiful dresses ad / teaser by accident and I contacted the owners ( Bella Le and later met Isabelle Le) same minute and then her invite to the salon for a chat followed. And then Bella’s story about Rachael and Dean ... it all came as an avalanche of emotions towards your unique story ...again: thank you for that depth you touched all our lives with.
I am also very grateful to hard working Monika Hodkinson / Monika Hodkinson Makeup Artist who did a double work that day due to some other MUAHs cancellations , to Rouben Dickranian at Six Star Photography who went out of his way to deliver it right and be present on time despite his very late previous night sleep and for his devotion to all my calls and to Glen Wilson at GW Photography & onstage pix who also traveled being sick from a far away location just to make it to his word and spending so much time on his feet for the whole day .
I am really speechless and can not find enough warm words to thank you guys !!!!
I can only thank you with giving you all my love that you already have !Rachael Berry and Dean Berry you are going to love the results : the magnificent photos and superb video apart from the gorgeous make up done by Monika . I only feel very sorry and upset that I was also limited with what more i could do for you , dear happy couple !
Wishing you both many wonderful years together !!! ❤

PROFILE 6: PHOTOGRAPHER, GRAPHICAL DESIGNER, MUSICIAN, SINGER AND SONG WRITER: ERKIN KALAYCI
Erkin Kalayci - anatomy of an artist
My experience with red indians is quite limited: I had an enlightening experience with Queensland base Bobby Running Fox in 2001 and had a pleasure meeting with Cherokee tribe leaders back in 2003 which was also quite a powerful encounter full of magical revelations. Nevertheless the one that I am talking about now, the red indian has it all: Big Ear, Big Nose and Big Eyes. I call him Erkin Big Everything
He has eye for beauty I envy. I take my photos at the same event with him. I think I am good and I have a good vision. My photos downgrade so much as I find them primitive compared with his vision: so cool, so unpredictable and so "big eye" perspective/eyesight angle this man has... I envy him. I do.... I will never see it the way he sees it - this is why he is an artist and I am not. That's the eye.
He has the ears too: he plays a guitar, writes music, sings, his voice brings sadness and joy to your heart It disturbs. His voice tells you a story in his language. You might not understand the voice, but he will tel you the idea of the song and you make up the rest of it yourself. It is like reading a good book that only gives you the paint-brush-strokes of something but not the full picture - you draw the rest in your mind and use your imagination to complete it. When the picture is finished - you feel that you are part of the writing process, the one with the author - that makes reading the books so exciting ,so are his songs. That's about the ear.
He has a big nose.... I really did not know what to write on this to be honest.... as he really has a big nose..... and then I thought: bingo: he also cooks so so so well... Once he and his beautiful petite wife Tugba invited us for dinner. I will never forget it: we sat at the table with the menu (one off graphically designed and telling us exactly what goes when and after what and all the ingredients of the entree, salads, mains, vodka and deserts) the dinner was upstairs and my jaw was downstairs - this is for sure. But we did not want to leave their house where every item and every corer tells you a story from the owners' lives: one more exciting than the other. That is the nose for you.
He has ideas too but this is another story for two more pages...
Shall I stop here..?. as my wordings can run long but it is better be seen, heard and smelled... [seen] the photography and graphical art works, [heard] is talk and and sing, and [smelled] - the aroma of his cooking...
he speaks many languages, he is happy in love - one can tell and
...last one: BIG HEART!
I publish here a bit of an extract from our mad night as this is all I could record to remember ,some of his photos and well sorry but if you expected any food - there will be none here as (remember!) you are on facebook and it is not real.... it is only in your head.

PROFILE 5: ARCHITECT, VOCALIST, MUSICIAN: SYLVESTER KROYHERR
#SylvesterKroyherr / @SylvesterKroyherr
Music can be sweet, savory, bitter, salty, sour, and "with variations" . Music varies and it tastes... and our tastes vary too.
He knows everything abut music: he knows how tasty it should be. He is an expert in music. He has a great taste for it.
He sings with his eyes closed. He knows 100-s of songs, He sings in 6 languages perfectly (and he speaks more - or it might be wrong way round...) . Sylvester's country of origin is Hungary but he is more international than one local geographical location, as for some people the boarders do not exist: he is everything in this case, he is planetary and universal. He pushed the boarders aside in order not limit himself as he was wider than one single country that gave birth to his talent. Some people are like this: they do not know the places they visited, the countries they stayed in as this does not define them as grand souls. It adds a flavour but it does not define them. He defines himself with his songs and more to that: with his presence and his warm being-ness that is usually rather enough to define someone. His channel is pure and genuine. Our identity is not tied up to geography, nationality or anything else of that matter. He belongs to these breed of people who never define the above mentioned I guess. He plays guitar, piano, violin and ukulele (which is a guitar for people who love smaller things )... He started performing since 3 years of age but we did not know him at this time of his life. He was aged when we first met him in 2011 and even that was never noticeable: such people never age. He never speaks about it and that's why he never ages.
He sings what you request him to sing - you name it all from Beatles, folk, ballads, standards, pop, Don McLean (yes please and he sang my fav 'Starry Night' for my many birthdays so many times https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ejk6sOYXc8 ) and even flamenco. I also bet he sings Verdi in the shower (but he never told anyone!) His listeners have tears of happiness in their eyes - I saw many. His songs make them cheerful and carefree.
He has been our Club first Ambassador three years ago for a year - it speaks too.
Add to this he is a great painter and I have several rare pieces of his art he gave me for presents for my birthdays. He is an architect and all architects are artists (I trust). His graphics is impeccable, his organisational skills are flawless too.
Add to that his genius mind and that we have "orders" from the publicity teams of the assorted leading Melbourne orchestras - just for him to attend and review their music. His writing and music critics is valuable, it is weightful and priceless. He feels the music to its core. There is no "surface" , just the depth of the sound and its vibration. He is in demand, he does not have free time now. It is good to be smart - everyone wants you... and when you have a taste for the GOOD music they want you even more!
What else? I think this is it, folks! Till the next profile - farewell! :)
