Discover a seductive and decadent underworld of mystery, terrible sacrifice and sweet surrender in a performance experience like no other. Encounter lost souls, thrilling adventure and luminescent splendour as you piece together the truth of this otherworldly realm … and the Captain’s own mind. Madness roils, dreams unfurl and aching secrets bloom through the dark. Will you uncover the mysteries of the deep? Melding music and theatre, soundscapes and spoken word, circus and dance, cryptology and sci-fi, scent and taste, Love Lust Lost is an enigma, a quest, a performance, a hallucinogenic playground, and, above all, enthralling.
You are encouraged to move through the venue at your own pace, whether by following the residents of this decadent underworld or charting your own course. There are a number of entrance times each night – choose your session start time with your ticket type. All performance sessions last 75-90 minutes.
Imbibe in some Dutch Courage before and after your journey at the bespoke bar, offering choice libations and salty bites. The performance involves adult themes, nudity, coarse language, alcohol use, simulated drug use, strobe and haze effects.
You must be aged 15+ to attend Love Lust Lost. If you are aged 15-17 years, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Love Lust Lost is brought to you by Broad Encounters, the creators of Australia’s first large-scale immersive experience, A Midnight Visit, and Australia’s most celebrated and ambitious immersive theatre deviants.
