~ models: Clara Salini (France), Yu-Chi Huang, Joel P Karayanniss, Natalie Volyanska, Karen Streeton, Candy Caradoc and Tatiana Castiblanco for being gorgeous and handsome for the photos and the fashion run.
~ Max Davine, our narrator, and fairy tale story teller and writer for his imagination and strong male presence

thanking Stasy Vader for being with us.
I am also very grateful to Diana at Bunch After Bunch who made the huge bouquets of flowers to die for - all our major participants got one to take home - and still writing me compliments about these beautiful flowers Diana!
Expressing my appreciation to all the people to assisted our event indirectly so to speak - providing Elena with so many accessories and garments for her styling displays and staging! .. and our guests of course . My deep respects to those of the guests who came not empty handed and assisted me with the food and drinks table set up - Rachel Sandey w/ Bay Crust Pizza Pasta Hampton slices, Elena - sensational wine, #SylvesterKroyherrfor my warm flowers and many others - I had a rough and very nervous day yesterday to be honest and it was so great to melt my heart a bit.
there was also the invisible work done that was also appreciated - those who know what I am talking about will understand.
congratulations to Maggie and Paul who won the major raffle prize!
the evening was not what we expected it to be but it was just what it was supposed to be according to the grand design.
unfortunately we missed #GlenWilson and Camilla Wilson due to Glen's unexpected and very bad illness - wish him (and Camilla who looks days and nights after him) to take it easy and to recover soon. we also missed Natasha Lukin and hoping she will get a fast recovery from her flu very soon too.
our next event is planned for the 29 October at 0300pm - with #DuoMelangeconcert (not ticketed, open house) featuring Ivana Tomaskova (violin) and Tamara Smolyar (piano) that will follow with our X-mas function on November 25 (yet to be planned).
hugs and kisses from us

Final Portrait

24/9/2017

Transmission Films and ABCG Film invite you to a new comedy-drama called #FinalPortraitFilm starring Geoffrey Rush
http://www.transmissionfilms.com.au/films/final-portrait
in cinemas October 5
In 1964, while on a short trip to Paris, the American writer and art-lover James Lord (Armie Hammer) is asked by his friend, the world-renowned artist Alberto Giacometti (Geoffrey Rush), to sit for a portrait. The process, Giacometti assures Lord, will take only a few days. Flattered and intrigued, Lord agrees. So begins not only the story of an offbeat friendship, but, seen through the eyes of Lord, an insight into the beauty, frustration, profundity and, at times, downright chaos of the artistic process. FINAL PORTRAIT is a portrait of a genius, and of a friendship between two men who are utterly different, yet increasingly bonded through a single, ever-evolving act of creativity. It is a film which shines a light on the artistic process itself, by turns exhilarating, exasperating and bewildering, questioning whether the gift of a great artist is a blessing or a curse.
Bohemian Rhapsody Club and Online Magazine had 5 double passes to give away to our VIP members and readers. The giveaway was run via sms messaging and PM messaging. The list of winners is announced: Michale P, Yulia Assatryan, Alex M (review), Rouben Dickranian, Benjamin Newall . Thank you! Your tickets will be posted to you shortly.

Prompt Realty presents properties for sale

17/9/2017

#PromptRealty presents
Bayside 'sky rail' project would have a massive impact on property prices.
Frankston train line level crossings removal project could cost more, after the Andrews government decided not to build "sky rail" in some of its most marginal suburbs. Edithvale and Bonbeach residents will not have elevated rail near their homes, as those key sections of the train line will be lowered under the road.
However, the government ruled out dropping the rail beneath the road in Carrum, concerning that it is not possible to lower the line due to the impact a trench would have on the Patterson River and the nearby wetlands. An elevated Carrum rail bridge will stretch out for 900 metres.
The impact of elevated rail on homes close by would be massive, with concrete structures impeding natural light. Dmitriy Evdokimov, a local real estate advisor said properties that front the elevated rail could face a value reduction. Houses abutting the train line were already valued at about 10 per cent below the suburb median, and the elevated rail might bring that to 15 per cent.
But for other residents in the suburb, he said, infrastructure projects were a leading indicator of price growth.
As for the Bonbeach, Chelsea and Edithvale level crossings lowering the tracks and upgrading stations could have a positive impact on property prices in those suburbs because it would minimise traffic congestion and make it easier for commuters.

Dmitriy incorporates integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. He is a trustworthy person and works for the high set of values. The background in sports allowed him to grow as a hard worker and achiever.

He will conduct a no fee appraisal of your property and discuss the pricing and possible selling strategies to maximise the value of your property. An appraisal will provide a good idea how much is your home worth and the investment growth it has achieved since your purchase.

Melbourne Fringe and Zilla & Brook Publicity invite you to
#TheGreatPretender
DATES: 28-30 September
VENUE: Wonderland Spiegeltent
WEB: https://www.melbournefringe.com.au/eve…/the-great-pretender/
What do you get when you combine an angelic falsetto voice, an amplified 1950s guitar, alongside the greatest music of J.S. Bach, Morrissey and Judy Garland? Alternative Baroque. This World Premier brings together some of the most profound, contrasting styles in western music and the result is not fusion, it’s chemistry.
The Great Pretender combines the songs of Garland, Morrissey and Elvis with the greatest sacred music of J.S. Bach. The show features the ethereal countertenor voice of Max Riebl, who combines his mastery as a baroque musician with the pure vocal power and authenticity of an emerging pop artist.
Max has performed as a soloist in Sydney’s Angel Place, the Melbourne Recital Centre and Hamer Hall, the Forum, the Vienna Musikverein and the Royal Albert Hall. He studied baroque and early music at the the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis.
He has received top prizes in the Australian Singing Competition, the London Handel Competition, Herald Sun Aria and the Chicago International Classical Singer Competition.

Melbourne Fringe, #SharminiKumar and Zilla & Brook Publicity invite you to
The Margins of Persuasion
DATES: 27-30 September
VENUE: No Vacancy Gallery
WEB: https://www.melbournefringe.com.au/…/the-margins-of-persua…/
Sit amongst the action in this re-telling of Jane Austen’s ‘Persuasion’, where you can overhear conversations among the servants and between the characters. You will be right in the middle of the drama, the romance, and the discussions about the events taking place in Jane Austen’s world.
This production highlights the links between Jane Austen’s last completed novel and the events going on in England and abroad at the time. This book touches on ideas about class, women, war and revolution, making it both thoughtful and romantic. This interpretation gives weight to both of those strengths of the book.

The Exotic Lives of Lola Montez
DATES: 28-30 September
VENUE: Gasworks Arts Park - Gasworks Theatre
WEB: https://www.melbournefringe.com.au/…/the-exotic-lives-of-l…/
In 1855, the wildest showgirl of the 19th century, Lola Montez, toured Australia and its goldfields. The scandal is legend.
Written by award-winning playwright Jackie Smith and directed by world famous cabaret star Moira Finucane comes the tale of the woman who horsewhipped the editor of the Ballarat Times for a bad review. Her erotic Spider Dance was “the most libertinish and indelicate performance that could be given on the public stage” (Sydney Morning Herald, 1855). She swung down mineshafts on a single rope with a flute of champagne in her hand. She escaped arrest dressed only in her jewels.
Revel in a tale woven by award-winning actress (and direct descendant of Lola herself) Caroline Lee, and Parisian dance siren Holly Durant.
Created in partnership with Her Majesty’s Ballarat.
This project is supported by Creative Victoria.

The Songs of Jesse Adams at the Fringe Festival
DATES: 23-24 September

WEB: https://www.melbournefringe.com.au/…/the-songs-of-jesse-ad…/
Set in the turmoil of social change and political unrest of Australia during the early 70’s, The Songs of Jesse Adams traces the meteoric rise of a boy from the bush – a farmer’s son who breaks away to follow his heart, his dreams and his love of music. But, as Jesse travels with his band and the crowds gather, it becomes clear that something else is afoot. This rock singer captivates and transforms a host of fans who hear his songs and encounter his touch. Lives are changed in unexpected ways and the enigmatic Jesse becomes a symbol of hope and freedom for those on society’s edge. But not all will celebrate the rising tide of influence of this charismatic figure whose words and actions challenge those in power – the media, the politicians, the church. In one tumultuous week this clash of ideals comes to a head – with profound consequences.
Awash in all the protest and collapse of conservative Australia, the colour and madness that was the early 70’s, The Songs of Jesse Adams is a tale of conflict, betrayal and tragedy, but ultimately the triumph of love. Original music is by Michael Paynter, “VOICE” finalist.
