fusion borsch

14/4/2020

Never think borsch is just a Russian delicious beetroot soup . My experiments with food took me on the road of creating quite an interesting fusion
Borsch with Japanese mushrooms and coconut cream instead of sour cream and Makki roti instead of traditional rye
The soup itself also has much more ingredients compared to traditional dish and it’s more of “the vegetables swim here freely “ than borsch so to your attention (the ingredients I add in the following order ) :
Pot
Olive oil
🧄 garlic
🧅 white onion
🥕 carrots
Beetroot
🥔 potatoes white and sweet potatoes
Bok Choi
🚿 boiled water
🥬 white cabbage
🍅 tomatoes
Cooked beans
Enoki mushrooms
Green peas
🌽 corn crenels
Spring onions
Spices and herb salt
Tomato paste
💦 more boiled water if required
Serve with
🍞 Makki roti
🌴 coconut cream
Take photos
Share (photos not soup!!! )
Eat (now you can share the soup !!)

THREE THOUGHTS OF THE DAY

14/4/2020

THREE THOUGHTS OF THE DAY
"Where there’s life there’s hope.’ – Sam(wise Gamgee), "As long as we’re still breathing there’s always hope that things will get better. Don’t despair just because things aren’t going right for you right now – there’s always tomorrow." (Tolkien)
A man’s worth is in his word of promise. If the word of promise is made but not delivered there is no value in the man. (read 'woman' as well as it relates to both)
If you can not go outside go within... but be careful as it might be the easiest place for the unwanted guests to find you!

Come To Daddy

Umbrella Entertainment invites you to watch a new comedy thriller called
#ComeToDaddy
https://www.umbrellaentfilms.com.au/movie/come-to-daddy/
in cinemas April 2
Norval's life has been, to put it lightly, difficult. Currently living home with his mother, the troubled young man is coming off alcohol-related struggles. So when he receives an unexpected letter from his estranged father requesting a visit, Norval catches a bus up to his dad's secluded and scenic waterfront home. Maybe reconnecting with his father will give Norval the emotional fulfillment he's been lacking. Before long, though, he notices something off about his dad, an uneasy feeling triggered by inappropriate comments and a possible over-dependence on booze. Norval quickly realizes that his hope of father/son bonding is doomed. Instead of a family reunion, he finds himself in waking nightmare.

pancakes forever

4/4/2020

Without prejudice I honestly admit that was the best dish I’ve ever made
🍎 apple red sweet small finely chopped
🍯 organic honey (dark)
🥚 one egg (delivered by one very generous chicken)
Floor
🥥 coconut cream
🥛 butter milk (kefir)
Olive oil
Sugar powdered
Spontaneity
I never measure anything except spontaneity which present but unmeasured
Tastes better when shared (dasha said)
Life will never be the same after these pancakes
If flowers are the smiles of the earth
Then butterflies are its laughters
Pancakes got more complicated I guess
🍏 apple small sweet red peeled and shrrrreedddded
🍒 sour cherries organic dry , loganberries organic dry , açai berries organic dry - all soaked in small amount of redwood forest water boiled
🥚 egg raw from one lost chicken because only lost chickens can loose their eggs- one large 800g/12 =...
🥥 🌴 coconut water
🥛 butter milk (kefir)
Floor
Chia seeds
🍯 honey dark organic
all mixed and more floor added for consistency
Baked in olive oil
Served with sweet yellow plums, garden flowers , chia seeds, almonds, flowers, sugar powered, more flowers for colours and strawberry tea
🥞 pancakes r always on my mind
Have to send it to my parents as my aim is to surprise them permanently...

dish of the day

4/4/2020

I had many revelations Sunday-Monday night ... as the energy clears out there are purifications and the opportunities to accelerate spiritual growth offered and my messages started to come down in a very clear forms - again - there were many - there are some that I can share... there were some that made me laugh too...
I was driving along the empty streets of CBD on Sunday night (this is a real story BTW) reading the flashing signs: STAY AT HOME, YOU MUST, STAY LOCKED. DO NOT SPREAD. DO NOT DRIVE ALONG LONSDALE STREET . So I felt sorry I did not have anything to spread accept the knowledge, good advises (to myself first of all) and some messages...
The streets were empty , the city looked like a ghost town from the sci-fi movie. There were people in white robes and white masks working on something very important, marching the streets and holding STOP and SLOW signs. They were not on Lonsdale Sreet. I was thinking I was in the Universal Studios in LA again, the futuristic looking Jedi wouldl re-appear soon from the corner and will say: "Now I know there is something stronger than fear - far stronger. The Force..." There were hardly any cars driving - one or two per longest street. I did a couple of circles just out of curiosity. There were still cafes and restaurants open with seldom visitors inside for take aways - a rushing off couple and an Asian student in spectacles.
People tend to go out and eat as they have simply forgotten how to put love in their food...
They simply ran out of love to offer with their own food or they refuse to eat the cooked at home meal for the same reason - lack of love inside such food.
They start to believe that love can be found somewhere else: in the cafes, restaurants, fast food and take aways. There are not many places that cook restaurant food with love. Even if they do this is not the love you are after. You buy it . You pay money for this love. They lack it themselves. Many do not place it in food.
We can taste love in food. We keep coming back to this places but the best one is the one you can cook at home for your friends and family as you know exactly who is coming and what thought forms to attach to the dish. If your chef is tired you will feel it in his food . If your mum loves you her food tastes simply divine. You accept the food from someone only if you love the person. You will never eat something from the hands of the person you do not like.
We forgot how to put love in our food.
We go out for different reasons. We go out to eat with the excuse that we do not have time to cook at home. We simply say that we can not cook "like this" at home. How you feel love from the place that serves you food? The chef himself comes out and serves what he cooked. We ask this at different locations and they know us and do it for us. He serves his food with love and smile too... But we still buy his love.
Let's come back to the home made meals. The ancient medical / pharmaceutical recipes were also the first cook books. The recipes included herbs, leaves, brews,, mushrooms, berries, all the right ingredients that complimented and enhanced each others qualities. I wrote about it many times before: "let your food be your medicine, and let your medicine be your food..." I have not put one medical drug into my body in the last 35 years. For the simple natural remedy recipes our grandmas used whole chicken stock to heal flue and cold, rye bread to heal upset stomach, strong teas and coffees to heal headaches, etc etc , the list goes on... They are the recipes that help your body to make your immune system strong, to build you, not to destroy you...
Why do we go out to eat food again? It is fashionable too. It is well accepted, It is socially engaging. People love to see the photos of food. They are neutral, they look good, they are colorful, they are simple, they are triggering the very basic and common emotions in everybody... I find it so attractive too to see when a woman / man cooks at home and puts lots of positive energy inside a simple meal that shows real skills and even "tastes" good on photos. :) There is magic many people put in their home made meals. It makes the family, it creates love and warmth in the family. You say thank you not for the food but what energy the chef put inside your meal...
[now one more question: is god also locked down now or he is still out there ? ... ]
......................................
