one large green apple cook e d with 1 tbsp of brown sugar (no water!)
250g strawberries cooked with 1 tbsp of brown sugar (no water!)
a handful of dry blueberries and cranberries boiled in strawberry syrup till soft
a handful of roasted walnuts
puff pastry 3&1/2 sheets
Roll in the filling of mixed fruit and nuts in any combination inside the puff pastry sheets. Place the rolls the way to fill in the form of the rose gold Wiltshire square pan starting from the edges and moisture the pastry with some strawberry syrup on the top. Put the pan in the oven for 45-50 min on 180 degrees temperature.
