kefir and berries almond cake

achtung achtung ! 

​a luxurious cake made in 5 min that tastes like heaven
ingredients
3 chicken eggs
a pinch of salt
220g brown sugar
250ml kefir
1/2 tea spoon of backing soda powder
400g flour
150g of any berries (I took goji berries soaked over night in cognac)

steps 
whip the eggs
add salt
add sugar gradually and whip until the mass is taking white color
add kefir
add soda
add flour
mix to the consistency of a fresh sour cream
add berries
bake in any form for 40 min at 225 degrees
take out of the oven, cover the cake with the kitchen towel and stop right here!
