our journalist, Jeanette Russell reviews the song today for all our readers:
Thank you for the opportunity to review" Fight for it " by Jade Holland. Very apt for mental health week. It's a song of struggle with one's self. It declares there is hope. Messages of fighting for it, and that it's OK to ask for help are presented. Also highlighted are themes, see that there is hope . You'll get through it, and that we are strong, and not on our own. She showcases resilience, as well as vulnerability and a great strength of character.
Lovely music backing and Jade's vocals are excellent. I feel Jade has a real talent and gift , and seems that she really wants to support people. Highly recommended. Please listen to Fight For It. The song is getting out the word about mental health and suicidal issues which is very poignant at this time.

It's an amazing experience to listen to, capturing my attention, and the story behind it is inspiring.
Jade has a beautiful voice, and has a great ability, I believe. She has co- written the song with Sinead Burgess and Bryce Sainty. An expose about mental health challenges such as losing someone, Jade has ascertained that "Fight For It is for every single person who has lost someone to suicide. It’s a song that we all can relate to. We’ve all been there. This is our time to stand together and sing for those who are no longer here."
Jade to me responds sensitively and with dedication to these issues.
Fans have stated that they got goose bumps listening to it and that they love the new single.
The song is so timely as an anthem for everyone at the moment facing the reality of Covid.
